Refund policy

We are delighted to offer complimentary returns in Hong Kong.

We are happy to provide exchange or refund (only applicable on regular price items) within 5 days of receipt. Items must be returned to us unused, in the original condition and with all tags still attached. Please note that once your parcel arrives at our warehouse it can take up to 14 days to receive your refund (this may take longer during a sale period).

Please be reminded on-sale (or discounted) items are NOT eligible for refund and perhaps STORE CREDIT is an option if you don't have a choice to exchange at the moment. Store credits have no time limit, applicable to spend under any of our discount codes and you can also chose the amount for different orders. You will need an account to login to spend with store credits.
