PAYMENT

We accept payment via any of your Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, Discover, JBL) and also Alipay HK.
We accept domestic bank transfer/ PayMe/ FPS for Hong Kong orders, you may found the information after checkout.  We will send you an email to confirm that order has been received. Payment will debit your account at time of check out. If, however, any of the items you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you by email and arrange a refund for the value of that item.

DELIVERY

We ship to all the countries that SF Express and EMS ship-to. Please refer to their websites- SF Express / EMS by Hong Kong Post
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information from the courier.
Free shipping for purchase amount of HK$2,000+ for orders to Taiwan and Macao, and HK$4,000+ for orders to the rest of the world.
We always offer free shipping for domestic (Hong Kong) orders.
For orders with a net purchase amount below the free shipping threshold, we will charge a minimal flat rate for shipping:
- HK$50 for Macao & Taiwan (2-3 working days)
- HK$400 for the rest of the world (4-10 working days) 
For orders outside of Hong Kong, the items will be delivered by SF Express or EMS so long as the destination is within their delivery networks. Shipping is calculated automatically and will show at check out.
Orders are generally sent out within 2 business days upon confirmation of the order and will be delivered in another 3 business days, so you should receive your purchase within a week!
For orders within Hong Kong, your order will be delivered by SF Express. The order should in general arrive in 2 to 3 business days. Please ensure that you provide us with a suitable shipping address and a reachable telephone number when you place your order. We are unable to redirect orders once the items are dispatched. 
*There are international import and export regulations we have to adhere to.
*Taxes and duties are based on shipping destination. If you are shipping your order outside of the Hong Kong additional duties and taxes will be charged. Please note that these charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
*Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We understand that sometimes you need to return an item and we want to make this as easy as possible for you. We are happy to provide return or exchange within 5 days of receipt. Please register your return via order history within 5 days of receipt of your purchase. Request made after the deadline will not be granted. 
We regret that all discounted items cannot be refunded. Items should be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached and also with the garment bag or gift(s) on purchase (if attached) as these are part of the product.
Items must be returned to us unused, in the original condition and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back.
Please note that once your parcel arrives at our warehouse it can take up to 14 days to receive your refund.

Hong Kong returns

We are delighted to offer complimentary returns in Hong Kong, our returns process is now operated through SF Express. You don't have to fill up delivery form, simply reuse the packaging your order arrived in and, pass the parcel to SF carrier. we will have the courier to pick up the return from your shipping address on the second business day after return request approved.

Rest of the World

Returns For orders outside of Hong Kong, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the return postage including all tax and duties that are applicable. We recommend that you gain proof of postage for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

REFUND

(1) All correctly returned products purchased under regular price will be refunded to the purchaser’s account by original payment.
(2) All correctly returned products purchased under discounted price will be refunded to purchaser's account by store credits. Store credits have no time limit, applicable to spend under any of our discount codes and you can also chose the amount to spend on different orders. You will need an account to login to spend with store credits.
Please be aware that it can take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account. We have a long-standing commitment to provide you with the best possible service every time you shop and to continually maintain a strong and lasting relationship with you.
