How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
- We regret that all discounted items cannot be refunded
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 5 working days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For all clothing, unwashed, untag and unworn
- In the original packaging
- Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping (Overseas order)
- We will have SF Express to collect the return from your shipping address
- Please email us the address for collection if your shipping address is S.F. store/ lockers OR not a business/ residential address
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Please be reminded on-sale items are not eligible for refund and perhaps STORE CREDIT is an option if you don't have a choice to exchange at the moment. Store credits have no time limit, applicable to spend under any of our discount codes and you can also chose the amount for different orders. You will need an account to login to spend with store credits.
